About the Position
6-Month Work Experience: Commercial Business Associate
As a Commercial Business Associate, you will support the Sales teams and handle different types of commercial contracts according to SAP’s rules, laws, and customer needs. This job focuses on the commercial side of business. You will work closely with the Sales team, help with customer negotiations, give advice on deals and pricing, and identify possible risks. You will also help make sure that SAP follows all internal and legal procedures.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate, and write contracts (including changes or updates).
- Review deal structures and pricing information from Account Executives.
- Ensure all SAP approval steps are followed.
- Answer questions about contracts and any needed changes.
- Work with other Commercial Business Associates on shared projects.
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or contract administration.
- Basic knowledge of business practices and commercial contract rules.
- Ability to spot problems and suggest practical solutions.
- Good at handling pressure and deadlines, especially at month-end or quarter-end.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Confident when working with people at all levels, such as Managing Directors or CFOs.
- Very good English speaking and writing skills.
6-Month Work Experience: BTP/BDC Sales Progression Support Specialist
As a Sales Progression Support Specialist, you will support the BTP (Business Technology Platform) and BDC (Business Data Platform) Sales teams. You will help manage contracts and advise on commercial topics following SAP’s rules and laws. You will work closely with the Sales team, help with customer negotiations, prepare pricing information, identify risks, and suggest practical business solutions. You will also make sure SAP follows legal and internal rules.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes, approvals, and contracts (including changes).
- Review and give feedback on deal structures and discounts.
- Ensure the SAP approval process is followed.
- Respond to questions about contracts and any changes.
- Work together with other Commercial Business Associates in the region.
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or contract administration.

6-Month Work Experience: HR Service Associate
The HR team at SAP Netherlands manages the full employee process — from hiring and onboarding to performance management, sickness cases, and offboarding. HR also runs projects about mentoring, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work. As an HR Service Associate, you will help make the employee experience smooth and positive. You will support onboarding, HR processes, and administration, as well as manage sickness cases and career progress. You will also help with employee events and diversity programs. You will work closely with the HR Director, HR Services, Recruitment, Rewards, HR Advisors, and Payroll teams to learn and contribute to their success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage HR programs and policies, either remotely or on-site.
- Respond to employee needs about HR services and processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data.
- Act as a contact for service issues and improve processes with feedback.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in HR operations.
- Document processes and share knowledge within the team.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in HR with a focus on managing programs and policies.
- Strong skills in record-keeping and data management.
- Proficient in supporting employee needs and resolving service issues.
- Ability to ensure quality and compliance in HR activities.
- Skills in process improvement and tool enhancement.
- Effective in collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
- You have refugee or temporary protection status in the Netherlands.
- You can join the in-person meet-and-greet at SAP Netherlands on Wednesday, December 10th, 13:00–16:00.
- You can join the online preparation session on Friday, December 5th, 11:00–12:00.
- You are available full-time (40 hours per week) starting March 2nd (date may change).
- You can work at least three days a week from the SAP office in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
- You have strong English communication skills (Dutch is a plus but not required).
- You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
- You have work experience related to the roles above.
