About TBI
TBI is a collective of 'doers' in technology, construction & development, and infrastructure. Together, they work on projects that make a positive difference for people, cities, and the world of tomorrow. What makes TBI unique is its organizational structure: they are steward-owned. This means they do not work for shareholders, but for society. Profit flows directly back to where it is most valuable: into people, craftsmanship, and social progress.

If you choose this role, you will be employed by TBI Holdings, the overarching organization of all TBI companies. From their modern office at Wilhelminaplein in Rotterdam, you will work together with around 40 colleagues from various departments and disciplines.

  • Warmly receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the general mailbox.
  • Managing calendars, meetings, and office processes.

  • Coordinating emergency response (BHV), facility matters, and suppliers.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to a pleasant working environment.

Who you are

  • You have work experience and/or an education in Office Management & Support, Communication, HR, or Executive Assistant.
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • You have a valid residence permit or receive temporary EU protection (such as Ukrainians).
  • You have Dutch language proficiency at level B2 (or higher).
  • You live in the Rotterdam area.

What we offer
A varied position for approximately 24 hours per week and a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position. You will work together with a fellow office manager so that, together, you ensure continuity and a pleasant working environment for everyone.
