About the Role
Within the Master Data Management & Accounting (SB&A) department, we are looking for a flexible colleague who can support both the Master Data team and the Banking team. Due to a SAP migration and temporary absences within the team, additional support is needed. At the same time, this role offers great growth opportunities, as several colleagues in both teams will retire in early 2027.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a versatile role, can switch quickly between different tasks, and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment. Depending on the workload, you will assist where you are needed most. The expectation is that your initial focus will be on supporting the Banking team.
What will you do?
You will support wherever the need is greatest at that moment:
- The Banking team (5 colleagues): Processing incoming and outgoing payments (payment orders, batches), administering daily bank statements in SAP and analyzing discrepancies, maintaining contact with internal departments regarding payment transactions, processing requests for e-Herkenning authorizations (a digital identification tool for companies and organizations in the Netherlands).
- The Master Data team (6 colleagues): Manually entering, checking, and updating master data in SAP and other systems, ensuring data quality and consistency during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.
What do we expect from you?
- You are a status holder (recognized refugee residence status in the Netherlands);
- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
- You have experience in financial administrative work;
- Affinity with SAP (experience is a plus);
- After the onboarding period, you will work independently from home;
- This role requires strong process insight, attention to detail, and flexibility toward colleagues.
What do we offer you?
- A 6-month contract, starting 1th of February, with the prospect of long-term employment;
- Support from a buddy on the work floor;
- Room to grow via our internal development platform or external courses and training.
Good to know
- After you apply, you will receive an email with more information about the procedure. This usually consists of two interviews: a first (online) conversation with the manager and recruiter, and a second interview with your future colleagues on-site.
- Screening is part of the selection process. This may include an assessment, reference checks, and a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). You will receive more information about this during the procedure.
