On February 6, 2025, several recruitment professionals and hiring managers from Accenture, specialized in various fields, are looking forward to meeting you and discovering together whether there is a match for our Talent Track program, which starts on April 1, 2025 .
In addition, there is a preparatory session on January 30th in which we introduce you to Accenture. During this session you will receive tips and tricks to increase your chances during the conversations with the hiring managers and recruiters during the speed date.

About Accenture Talent Track:
We are looking for professionals in four specific domains: Security, Data & AI, Cloud First and SAP. You will be part of a six-month traineeship in which you will get a broad view of what it means to work as a consultant. You will develop both your technical and soft skills through a structured training program and innovative projects. During these six months, you will receive guidance from a People Lead and a Buddy and we will take the time to prepare you for a full-time position at Accenture.

Security Track:
Within the Security Track, you will help clients design and implement innovative security solutions, leveraging technologies such as AI, cloud security and DevSecOps to creatively address complex security challenges. You will collaborate in diverse project teams with colleagues from different backgrounds and seniority levels, often together with international experts, to deliver tailor-made security solutions for a wide range of industries. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. a STEM (science), business process-oriented study or a study with a security/technical component), strong analytical and communication skills and a passion for security and consultancy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, Dutch is not.
SAP Track:
Within the SAP Track, you will analyze business requirements, implement and customize SAP solutions, and support digital transformation projects, including data migration and system testing. You will collaborate in diverse teams and leverage Accenture's global network to deliver innovative solutions across industries, using methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and DevOps. For this track, you need a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a technology, business process, or IT-related field, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills and familiarity with business processes such as finance or supply chain. Besides excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch fluency is preferred (or a minimum of A2 level)
Data & AI Track:
Within the Data & AI Track, you will work on innovative Data & AI solutions and help customers transform data into actionable insights that deliver tangible results and improve performance. You will collaborate in diverse teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies in areas such as analytics, data visualization and responsible AI, leveraging collaborations with top technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS and Google. For this track, you need a bachelor's or master's degree (preferably IT-related) and an affinity with:
-Designing and implementing cloud solutions across various platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
-Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) technologies like spaCy, NLTK, and CoreNLP
-Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, and/or computer vision libraries like OpenCV and Dlib
-Scripting skills: You are proficient in a wide range of scripting languages (eg. Python, SQL, No-SQL, R, etc) and can share examples of how you automated processes and tasks
-Experience in working in agile environments using Scrum, SAFe and DevOps
Besides excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch fluency is preferred (or a minimum of A2 level)
Cloud Track:
Within the Cloud Track, you will help clients design and implement innovative IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, aligning technical and organizational aspects with business needs and potentially managing technical projects. You will collaborate with international colleagues in a dynamic team and use advanced technologies in cloud computing, data centers and server virtualization to transform businesses. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g. Computer Engineering, Information Science), strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for IT and cloud computing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Dutch (at A2 level) is a plus.
What we need from you:
- You have completed your bachelor's or master's degree in IT, AI, Security, Business or a related field (see the studies mentioned above).
- You are proactive, enterprising and service-oriented.
- You are good at planning and organizing.
- You find new ways to solve complex challenges and have a background and/or strong interest in one (or more) of the following domains: Security, SAP, Data & AI or Cloud.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English. The required level of Dutch language proficiency varies per position (see function descriptions above).
- You have a residence permit.

- Speed dating event (live): February 6, 9am - 12pm

- Travel expenses: Will be reimbursed.
About the Talent Track program
- Start date: April 1, 2025
- Working hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Compensation: 500 euros per month or retention of social benefits
- Flexible scheduling: Ability to work from home or the office
- Objective: Intent to offer a full-time position at the end of the Talent Track program, subject to individual performance and business circumstances.
