About the role
As a Junior Construction Calculator, you'll be the financial brain behind renovations, transformations, and major maintenance projects. You'll ensure everything is financially sound and budgets are managed effectively. You'll compare quotes, analyze them thoroughly, and advise the team on the best options. Attention to detail is essential! You'll learn to identify risks and opportunities, and together with your colleagues, you'll map out everything to ensure the project runs smoothly. Along the way, you'll gain knowledge of the (existing) construction projects within ERA Contour. You'll work in a pleasant office environment where you'll develop your skills under the guidance of a buddy and mentor. There's a comprehensive induction program to help you quickly feel at home within the organization!
Which profiles are we looking for?
- You have completed a master's degree in Civil Engineering
- You have a valid residence permit or receive temporary EU protection (such as Ukrainians)
- You have a command of the Dutch language at level B1+ / B2
- You live in the vicinity of Zoetermeer
- Pré: you have work experience at a Dutch construction company
- Pré: you have experience in construction calculations

About the Speed Date
Have you been selected for the speed date? Then you'll meet at ERA Contour on Tuesday, November 11th. During the speed date, you'll learn more about the role of Junior Construction Calculator. If there's a good match after the introduction, a second interview will follow. To prepare you for the speed date, the Refugee Talent Hub is organizing a mandatory online prep session on November 5th.
