Mentoring programme for technical professionals

Sweco and Refugee Talent Hub are organizing a mentoring programme for technical engineers with a refugee background. Do you want to start a career in the technical sector or expand your network? Take this opportunity and apply!

About Sweco
The world around us is changing faster than ever, making it both an exciting and challenging time. Whatever the challenge, Sweco is ready with solutions—now, tomorrow, and in the future. Together with clients and a team of 22,000 architects, engineers, and consultants, we develop smart solutions for urban environments. With a focus on the power of digitalization and a vision for a greener, more sustainable society, we drive change.

About the mentoring programme
Sweco offers a mentoring programme, primarily for individuals with a technical background. During this four-month programme, Sweco professionals are paired with participants, providing guidance as you navigate the technical job market. Your mentor will offer practical advice and open their professional network to you. This one-on-one support includes:

  • Setting career goals and objectives for the programme;
  • Creating or improving your CV;
  • Building a professional LinkedIn profile to enhance your visibility in the Dutch job market;
  • Preparing for job applications through interview practice and understanding next steps in the process;
  • Developing networking skills and growing your professional network;

 Please note: the programme focuses on your development and network, not on a direct job at Sweco!
