About the positions

6-Month Work Experience Position: HR Service Associate role

The HR SAP Netherlands team is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., hiring, onboarding, managing performance and sickness cases, and terminate employees). Next to that, HR is facilitating projects like mentoring, diversity and inclusion at the workplace and developing the future way of working.

As an HR Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting a seamless and memorable employee lifecycle. This involves everything from facilitating onboarding, managing local HR processes and administration, to handling sick leave and career progression. Furthermore, you will help employees to navigate through their day-to-day challenges, plus you will facilitate events, diversity and inclusion programs, and future of work strategies. Next to that, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the HR team, including the HR Director, HR Services, Recruitment, Total Rewards, HR Advisors, and Payroll, to offer support, broaden your own knowledge and contribute to the team's success.

6-Month Work Experience Position: Experience Center Support Specialist role

The SAP Netherlands Experience Center team creates successful customized visits for their customers by exceeding expectations, as well as fulfilling logistical needs. The Experience center welcomes, inspires, and engages with SAP customers to bring SAP solutions and innovations to live, as the team provides their customers with tools, methods, and prototypes that can help realize their digital business transformation.

As an Experience Center Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the customers have a seamless and memorable experience during their visit to SAP Experience Center. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance across various spaces, helping visitors navigate through interactive exhibits, workshops, and demonstrations. Your goal is to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, enabling our customers to fully immerse themselves in our Experience Center. This position is based in the Experience Center, where you will be required to stand, walk, and move between different spaces throughout the preparation part. The role may involve occasional lifting and carrying of presentation materials and equipment.

6-Month Work Experience Position: Services Sales Support Specialist

The Services Sales team is part of the SAP Cloud Success Services (CSS) organization that delivers the assets, content, and offerings SAP customers need to be successful in the cloud. To truly drive lifetime value for SAP customers, CSS creates a simplified outcome-based, progressive portfolio leveraging deep product insights and industry best practices delivered in the right place, at the right time. This is how CSS drives customer success and achieve SAP's bold ambitions.

As a Services Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible:

• for providing support to the Services Account Executive with managing and processing opportunities below 50K

• for managing the end-to-end process from opportunity creation to closing the opportunity

• for selling SAP adoption, implementation, optimization, and safeguarding services towards the assigned territory in MU NL

• for positioning and selling SAP services to our customers that contribute to the adoption and added value of SAP’s cloud software portfolio

• for bringing focus on “sweet spot” sales plays – Consulting / Education / Products / Services / Targeted campaigns

• for developing opportunities by structuring and qualifying discovered leads and moving opportunities along the sales cycle to closure

• for ensuring that all activities in the selling cycle are relevant, professional and contribute to the success of the sale

• for providing insight on campaign efficiency and feedback to marketing

What we expect from you (standard for all 3 positions)

• You have a status

• You are able to join the live meet-and-greet at the SAP Netherlands office on September 4th from 13:00 – 17:00 as part of the selection process

• You are able to attend the mandatory online preparation session on Wednesday, 30th of August at 9:30-10:15

• You are able to work from the SAP office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch for at least three days a week

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (preferable, not necessary)

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• You have relevant working experience or a strong interest in/affinity with one of the SAP working departments as described

• You are a customer-focused and innovative thinker who:

• Generates and promotes new ideas/initiatives

• Translates creative ideas into plans and action

• Thinks beyond boundaries to create vision
