TwynstraGudde Women Only Mentoring programme

The Refugee Talent Hub and TwynstraGudde will start a new women-only mentoring program from November 11, 2022 for a period of five months in which you will be linked to a female advisor/consultant from TwynstraGudde.

About TwynstraGudde

TwynstraGudde mainly advises government on many of the major and urgent themes of our time. Think of safety, diversity, mobility, digitalization, sustainability, energy, finance and health. TwynstraGudde wants to make a direct impact on (future) social and economic developments. Diversity and inclusion are important themes within TwynstraGudde, in all kinds of areas. TwynstraGudde strives to ensure that everyone can be themselves, feel at home and have equal opportunities within the company. This certainly also applies to women.

About the mentoring process

In this process, the emphasis will be on the specific opportunities and challenges that female professionals may encounter in their work. Selected candidates are linked to a female professional from TwynstraGudde, who functions as a mentor and coach during the 5-month process. During the process, you and your mentor work together to increase your chances on the labor market.

The mentors share their knowledge, skills and professional network. In addition, your coach can give you personal advice and you can contact her with questions about everything related to working in the Netherlands. The mentor would like to share her experience and knowledge with you. At the same time, the mentor can of course also learn a lot from you. There are also three physical meetings and two online check-ins in which you learn more about each other, work in general and TwynstraGudde in particular.
