About the Mentoring Program

Sweco offers a mentoring program. Preference is given to participants with a technical background. In the mentoring process, Sweco's professionals are linked to you for a period of 4 months.

During that period, the professional acts as a mentor and gives you tips and tricks in your search for work in the technical sector. In addition, the mentor opens his or her network to you. Your Sweco mentor will help you one-on-one with matters such as:

  • Set goals for your career and the mentoring program;
  • Create or improve your CV;
  • Create a professional LinkedIn page to present yourself even better on the Dutch labor market;
  • Prepare for future application procedures by practicing interview questions and discussing the usual next steps when applying to a company;
  • Practice networking and learn how to grow your professional network. On the one hand, your mentor will share his/her knowledge, skills, and professional network with you.
