Strategy Consulting Traineeship (April 2027 – April 2028)
Roland Berger is an international strategy consulting firm with European roots, operating in more than 30 countries. For the fourth consecutive year, we are partnering with Refugee Talent Hub to welcome new talent to our organisation.
About the traineeship
This traineeship offers talented individuals with a refugee background a unique opportunity to gain experience into the world of strategy consulting. Over the course of one year (April 2027 – April 2028), you will work alongside our consultants on challenging strategic issues for leading companies and public institutions, while preparing yourself for the Dutch labour market. You will learn how to analyse complex problems, develop well-founded recommendations and translate results into concrete actions.
Throughout the traineeship, you will receive guidance from both a mentor and a buddy at Roland Berger. Your buddy will help you with practical and informal questions, such as what day-to-day life at Roland Berger is like and how the company culture works. Your mentor will support your professional development and help you reflect on your progress throughout the traineeship. Together, they will ensure that you make the most of this experience and are well prepared for your future career in the Dutch labour market.
This traineeship offers talented individuals with a refugee background the opportunity to gain valuable work experience at Roland Berger, expand their professional network and learn from experienced professionals in the field. The programme primarily focuses on personal and professional development and does not guarantee employment upon completion.
