Roland Berger is an international strategic consultancy with a European background, active in over 30 countries. For the fourth year in a row, we are partnering with the Refugee Talent Hub to welcome new talent to our organization.
About the traineeship
The traineeship offers talented refugees a unique opportunity to explore the world of strategy consulting. For one year (April 2026–April 2027), you'll work with our consultants on challenging strategic issues for leading companies and public institutions, preparing you for the Dutch job market. You'll learn to analyze complex problems, formulate well-founded advice, and translate results into concrete actions.
During the traineeship you will be guided by both a mentor and a buddy from Roland Berger. Your buddy will help you with practical and informal questions, for example, about daily work at Roland Berger and the company culture. Your mentor will support your professional development and help you reflect on your growth during the traineeship. Together, they will ensure you get the most out of this experience and are well-prepared for a future in the Dutch job market.
Roland Berger intends to hire talented individuals with refugee backgrounds, but this traineeship doesn't guarantee employment upon completion. Placement as a trainee offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience, expand your network, and learn from the best in the industry.
