Speeddate: Talent Track

Are you motivated, eager to learn, and not afraid of change? Do you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and want to (re)start your career? Would you like to find out whether working as a consultant is right for you? Then apply quickly for the Talent Track at Accenture!

On 10 February 2026, several recruitment professionals and hiring managers from Accenture, specialized in various fields, look forward to meeting you and exploring together whether there is a match for our Talent Track programme, which starts on 1 April 2026.

In addition, there will be an online preparation session on 6 February 2026, during which we will introduce you to Accenture. During this session, you will receive tips and tricks to increase your chances during the conversations with hiring managers and recruiters at the speed-dating event.

About the Accenture Talent Track
We are looking for professionals in five specific domains: Security, SAP, Data & AI, Cloud, and Microsoft. During the traineeship, you will work within one of these domains. At the bottom of this vacancy, you will find a more detailed explanation per domain.

You will become part of a six-month traineeship in which you gain a broad understanding of what it means to work as a consultant. You will develop both your technical and soft skills through a structured training programme and innovative projects. Throughout these six months, you will receive guidance from a People Lead and a Buddy. You will gain experience in project-based consulting work within the relevant domain. The aim of the traineeship is to gain experience as a consultant. In addition, there is a possibility of an employment contract after completion of the traineeship. However, this is not guaranteed.

What we need from you

  • You find new ways to solve complex challenges and have a background and/or strong interest in one (or more) of the following domains: Security, SAP, Data & AI, Cloud, or Microsoft.
  • You have completed a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree.
  • You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and service-oriented.
  • You are strong in planning and organization.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+). The required level of Dutch varies per role (see job descriptions below).
  • You have a valid residence permit or receive temporary EU protection (such as Ukrainians).

About the Talent Track programme

  • Compensation: €500 per month or retention of social benefits
  • Flexible scheduling: Possibility to work from home or at the office, with regular on-site presence expected
  • Objective: Build experience in project-based consulting within a specific domain (Security, SAP, Data & AI, Cloud, or Microsoft)

Security Track
Within the Security Track, you help clients design and implement innovative security solutions, using technologies such as AI, cloud security, and DevSecOps to creatively address complex security challenges. You work in diverse project teams with colleagues from different backgrounds and seniority levels, often alongside international experts, to deliver tailored security solutions across various industries. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree (for example in a STEM field, a business process–oriented programme, or a study with a security/technical component), strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for security and consultancy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Dutch is not required.

SAP Track
Within the SAP Business Group, you are part of large digital transformation projects, analyse business requirements, and implement or customize SAP solutions. You work in diverse teams and leverage Accenture’s global network to deliver innovative solutions across industries. For this track, you need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a field related to technology, business processes, or IT, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills and familiarity with business processes such as finance or supply chain. In addition to fluent English, fluent Dutch is preferred.

Data & AI Track
Within the Data & AI Track, you work on innovative Data & AI solutions and help clients transform data into actionable insights that deliver tangible results and improve performance. You collaborate in diverse teams to deliver modern technologies in areas such as analytics, data visualisation, and responsible AI, leveraging partnerships with leading technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and Google. For this track, you need a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably IT-related) and affinity with:

  • Designing and implementing cloud solutions across various platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, etc.);
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) technologies such as spaCy, NLTK, and CoreNLP;
  • Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, and/or computer vision libraries such as OpenCV and Dlib;
  • Scripting skills: proficiency in a wide range of scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, NoSQL, R, etc.) and the ability to share examples of how you have automated processes and tasks;
  • Experience working in agile environments using Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps.

In addition to fluent English, Dutch at a minimum B2 level is required.

Cloud Track
Within the Cloud Track, you help clients design and implement innovative IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, aligning technical and organisational aspects with business needs and potentially managing technical projects. You work with international colleagues in a dynamic team and use advanced technologies in cloud computing, data centres, and server virtualisation to transform organisations. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business-related field (for example Computer Engineering or Information Science), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for IT and cloud computing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, along with a minimum Dutch level of B1.

Microsoft Track
Within the MBG Track, you become part of a warm, learning-oriented community where we turn real client challenges into inclusive solutions using Microsoft technologies. You work in diverse project teams and industries and meet mentors and buddies who help you feel at home, build confidence, and contribute from day one. 

Together with your team, you design and deliver solutions on Microsoft platforms (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). In addition to the technical aspects, you focus on problem-solving, agile collaboration, and clear communication—building skills that are directly applicable across various roles.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology and business processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Dutch is a plus.
