PepsiCo women mentoring program
Are you eager to kick-start your career on the Dutch labor market? Sign up for the PepsiCo women mentor track 2023/2024 and boost your professionals skills and network.
As a woman with a refugee background boosting your career in the Netherlands can be challenges. You may have a small professional network or you are not yet familiar with the Dutch labor market and hiring procedures. Additionally, women remain underrepresented on the Dutch labor market. To overcome these challenges PepsiCo - together with Refugee Talent Hub and Tent Partnership for Refugees – is offering co-organizing this mentor program.
For this program we are looking for female candidates with a refugee background. Interested to join? Check the requirements and sign up! Please note there is limited space and registration may be closed prior to the deadline.
About the Women Mentoring Program
In this program, you will be matched with a professional from PepsiCo who will support you to boost your professional career in the Netherlands. This program will focus on the specific opportunities and challenges that female professionals may encounter in their work. As a mentee in the program, you will receive one-on-one guidance and support from a mentor from PepsiCo in multiple ways, including:
- Setting career goals and formulating concrete next steps for your career during the 8 months of the mentor program;
- Creating/improving your CV;
- Creating a professional LinkedIn page to present yourself better on the Dutch labor market;
- Preparing for future job interviews by practicing interview questions and discussing how to follow up;
- Enhancing networking skills and learning how to identify opportunities to grow your network;
On the one hand, your mentor will share his/her knowledge, skills, and professional network with you. On the other hand, your mentor can also learn a lot from you! During the physical meetings and online check-ins, you will learn more about each other, work in general, and PepsiCo in particular.
