What you’ll do at Haskoning
As part of the Haskoning Finance Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial processes. You work on a variety of tasks, for example:

• Supporting financial tracking and reporting for projects, closely supporting project managers with budgets and forecasts;
• Manage invoices, payments and reconciliations;
• Handle month-end closings, financial reporting, manage cash banks and maintain and ensure compliance;
• You will be assigned a mentor who acts as a coach or leader, guiding you from a position of experience and responsibility;

Requirements: What do we ask of you?

• You live in the Netherlands and have a valid residence permit (status holder) or have temporary protection in the Netherlands as a Ukrainian, and are ready to work.
• Proficient in English at a professional level (B2 or higher). You are strong in communicating: writing, speaking, listening with many different people (e.g. customers and colleagues);
• A background in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Work experience is a pre, not a must;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Proficient Excel skills and the ability to navigate various digital tools with ease;
• Living in/near Amersfoort or willing to travel;
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn;
• Full-time availability is required.

About the selection process
Together with Haskoning, Refugee Talent Hub will organise a speed date in Amersfoort! You can register by logging in via Refugee Talent Hub website and don’t forget to upload your CV. If we need additional information during the selection process, we may ask you to fill out a Google form. If you successfully pass the selection process, we will contact you by phone. 

Have you been selected for the speed date? Then you will get to know Haskoning on October 27. During the live speed date, you will get a tour and meet with hiring managers. You will also receive more information about the position within Haskoning. If there is a match on both sides after the first interview, a second interview will follow. To prepare you for the speed date, Refugee Talent Hub organizes a mandatory online prep session on October 23.
