SSC-ICT (Shared Service Center ICT) is one of the largest ICT service providers for the government. As a future colleague, you have important work: you provide good and reliable IT services for more than 40,000 civil servants at seven ministries. Thanks to you and your colleagues, civil servants can work anytime, anywhere and safely. In short, working at SSC-ICT is challenging, especially in a digital world that is changing rapidly.
What does SSC-ICT offer?
At SSC-ICT you work together with approximately 1200 colleagues. Here you get the opportunity to increase your IT knowledge and specialize. You can also develop yourself through (internal) training and coaching. SSC-ICT is part of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.
Who is looking for SSC-ICT?
SSC-ICT is looking for social and interactive IT professionals. Can you work well together? Do you take responsibility and do you like to think in solutions? Then working at SSC-ICT suits you well. The service provider is looking for new colleagues for these fields:
- Maintenance: System management, Functional management, Network management, Application management, Database management.
- Support: Service Desk/1st line user support, Technical Support and Incident & Problem management

Need to have:
- At SSC-ICT the working language is Dutch. As a new colleague, you have sufficient command of Dutch to be able to talk and email with colleagues. Of course, it is no problem if you need to develop your Dutch further: with your efforts and support from the SSC-ICT, you will quickly make progress;
- You have knowledge of ICT: you know the techniques and trends in your field. It's great if you have already undergone training or have a certificate, but the most important thing is that you know what you are talking about;
- You are flexible and you don't mind sometimes working irregular shifts.
- You have refugee status.
Nice to have:
- You already have work experience in one of the IT fields mentioned;
- You have previously worked for a large service-oriented IT organization: You understand the processes, methodologies and complexity of the work;
- You have experience with project-based work, such as Scrum and Agile;
- You can also get by with the English language.
