What do we ask of you?

• You have a valid status / work permit.
• You have completed a financial (or related) education. For example, in the field of (business) economics, accounting or financial-administrative area. This may be in your country of origin or in the Netherlands.
• You have relevant experience in a financial position.
• You have knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• You master the Dutch language on at least level B1, preferably at language level B2.
• If your Dutch is not (yet) at B2 level, you are fluent in English.

About the Meet-and-greet

Have you been selected for the Meet-and-greet? Then you will meet ISS on Thursday, October 10, 2024 . During the Meet-and-greet you will receive more information about ISS and the position you prefer. Is there a match after both sides have met? Then a second conversation will follow.
To prepare you for the Meet-and-greet, Refugee Talent Hub is organizing a mandatory online prep session on Monday, September 30, 2024 .

Important information:

• online prep session Monday September 30, 2024 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
• Meet-and-greet Thursday October 10, 2024 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM live in Utrecht.
• You will hear on Monday, October 14, 2024, whether you have been selected for a follow-up interview. This interview will follow as soon as possible after October, 14th.

Then sign up quickly. You can register until Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Don't forget to upload your CV. 

On Monday, September 2, 2024 you will receive a Google form in which we will ask you more questions about your motivation and experience. Selection for the Meet-and-greet is made based on this Google form. You will hear no later than Monday September 23, 2024 whether you have been selected for the Meet-and-greet.

Reimbursment for you public transport travel costs to the Meet-and-greet is possible. Please note that we only reimburse the costs incurred on the day itself for transport from your home to the activity and back. Please read our travel expenses policy carefully .
