Meet-and-greet event Vitens: work experience track Human Resources (HR)

Vitens and Refugee Talent Hub are organizing a meet-and-greet event for people who are interested in working in the Human Resources and Learning and Development field. Vitens is offering a work experience track, where you will support the Learning and Development Team of Vitens’ HR department, named the Vitens Academy, as an administrator in different areas. You will also have the opportunities to learn more about working in the HR and Learning and Development field. About Vitens

About the Vitens Academy

The Vitens Academy is part of the HR department of Vitens and was recently founded (June first of 2023). The team consists of 5 colleagues, 2 advisors, 2 front/back office employees and a team manager. Together this team builds the foundation, based on the vision document that was designed in co-creation with colleagues from the business. That starts with getting 'the basics in order', which will be the focus for the coming year.

About the event:

• When: Monday 15th or Wednesday 17th of January
• Where: Vitens in Zwolle, travel expenses will be covered
• Language: Primarily in English, some Dutch might be mixed in

What you will be doing:

• The financial handling of the training invoices
• The recording of correspondence
• Processing and entering data into the learning management system
• Entering/recording documents in the personnel file
• Updating education/training related information regarding Vitens' development offering

About you:

• At least B1 level in English
• Dutch is a pre
• MBO/HBO working and thinking level
• Available at short notice
• 12-24 hours per week
• You are results-oriented
• In possession of a residence permit based on asylum

What Vitens offers you:

• A monthly traineeship fee of €13,27 (Bruto) per hour (based on minimum wage) for the first six months.
• After the traineeship of 6 months, a perspective of a (year) contract with Vitens
