Where will you be working?

TBI, which stands for Technology, Construction and Infrastructure, is a group of 20 companies with a total of over 6,000 employees across the Netherlands. This makes TBI one of the largest companies in the country within this sector.

TBI SSC-ICT Services

 The SSC (Shared Service Center) is TBI's IT branch. With a team of approximately 80 employees, the SSC supports TBI companies in achieving their ICT, data, and innovation goals. The SSC thus plays a key role in TBI's digitalization.

 Customer focus is key: The SSC ensures that the IT services provided perfectly match the ever-changing needs within TBI. Thanks to their broad expertise in ICT, infrastructure, construction, and technology, they are the strategic IT advisor for all TBI companies.

 TBI's work can be seen throughout the Netherlands - from small improvements to impressive, large-scale projects that contribute to an innovative and future-proof organization.

Data & Integration Team
 A One of the teams within the SSC is the SSC Data & Integration Team. This team of 10 enthusiastic data and software engineers works on smart digital solutions within TBI. It's a small team with big ambitions, offering a safe work environment where learning is encouraged, mistakes are allowed, and above all, collaboration and support are key.

Who are you?

  •  You have a valid residence permit or receive temporary EU protection (such as Ukrainians)
  •  You have demonstrable knowledge and/or experience developing or co-developing backend solutions in C#. Candidates with experience using Azure ServiceBus and/or Kubernetes will be given priority in the selection process.
  •  You have at minimum level B1+ in the Dutch language.
  •  You have at minimum level B2 in the English language.
  •  You have knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions (a plus)
  • We don't build (web) applications, and this isn't a front-end role. Therefore, you'd prefer to develop back-end solutions.
  •  You are passionate about taking on exciting technical challenges, with the ambition to continue learning and growing.
  •  You work in a structured, proactive manner, and with a keen eye for detail to develop solutions. You take responsibility for your work but enjoy sharing successes with your team.

What does TBI SSC-ICT Services offer?

  •  A one-year employment contract based on 32-40 hours. If you perform well, you will discuss a possible permanent contract extension with your manager after the first year.
