About ISS

As a facility services provider, we manage the technical services of various international companies. What do we ask of you?

● You have a valid residence status/work permit.
 ● You speak Dutch at a minimum level of B1, preferably B2.
 ● If your Dutch is not yet at B2 level, you must speak fluent English.
 ● A driver's license is required for some roles.

In addition, you have:
A strong desire to work in a technical role, "two right hands", and the will to keep learning!

● Strong technical affinity combined with hands-on experience. For example, through independently maintaining or working on machines, cars, etc.; or
 ● Completed a technical education. For example, in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. This can be either in your country of origin or in the Netherlands; or
 ● Strong technical affinity combined with administrative and project management experience.

About the Meet-and-Greet

Are you selected for the Meet-and-Greet? Then you’ll get to meet ISS on Wednesday, August 27. During this session, you'll receive more information about ISS and the role you're interested in. If there is a mutual match, a second interview will follow.

To prepare for the Meet-and-Greet, Refugee Talent Hub is organizing a mandatory online prep session on Thursday, August 21.

Important information:

Online prep session: Thursday, August 21 from 13:00 to 14:00
Meet-and-Greet: Wednesday, August 27 from 10:00 to 13:00 in person, in Utrecht
Friday, August 29: You will hear whether you’ve been selected for a follow-up interview, which will take place in the week of September 1

Are you interested and do you meet the requirements?

● Sign up quickly! You can register until Wednesday, July 16, 2025 12:00. Don’t forget to upload your CV.
● On Thursday, July 17, you will receive a Google form where we’ll ask more about your motivation and experience. Selection for the Meet-and-Greet will be based on this form.
● You will hear no later than Wednesday, August 6 whether you have been selected for the Meet-and-Greet.
● Your public transportation costs for attending the Meet-and-Greet will be reimbursed. Please note: only costs incurred on the day itself for travel from your home to the event and back will be reimbursed. Be sure to read our travel expense policy carefully.
