Leen Bakker / Kwantum is looking for logistics colleagues. Our logistics toppers work in distribution centers and provide, for example, internal transport, loading and unloading and order picking. They also ensure cleanliness, order and safety.

•  Full-time or part-time contract of 12 months with 2 months probation period. Leen Bakker / Kwantum intends to eventually hire you on a permanent contract if you perform well;

What kind of colleague are we looking for?

•  You have refugee status;
•  You live in the Tilburg or Raamsdonksveer area with a maximum travel time of 45 minutes from the location of Kwantum (Tilburg) or Leen Bakker (Raamsdonksveer);
•  You have a minimum language level of A2 Dutch;
•  You have your own transport (a bicycle, scooter or car) to get to the distribution center in Raamsdonksveer or Tilburg;
•  Availability: 5 days a week (on working days and sometimes a Saturday);
•  You like physical work. As an employee you walk a lot and will sometimes do physical work such as lifting products;
•  You have a practical background. Leen Bakker / Kwantum is looking for colleagues who would like to work in the retail sector and know how to tackle things;
•  You like working in a team.

•  For the Tilburg location: you are available on Tuesday, November 1 for the meet-and-greet where you will meet Kwantum's employers.
•  For the Raamsdonksveer location: you are available on Wednesday, November 2 for the meet-and-greet where you will meet Leen Bakker's employers.
