Empowerment mentorprogramma

Kickstart your career in the Netherlands with the Enexis Mentoring Program, in collaboration with Refugee Talent Hub. You will receive guidance from an Enexis mentor for four months to improve your CV, LinkedIn profile, job application skills and professional network.

Due to the overwhelming number of registrations, we had to close registration.

This program is intended for anyone with a refugee background and will help you navigate the Dutch labor market. There are a limited number of places available: register now!

Introduction

Finding a job can be difficult. Maybe you don't know many people, you have little knowledge about how things work in the Netherlands, or you find it difficult to meet employers. That is why Enexis and Refugee Talent Hub organize this mentor program for you. There are only a few places available, so register quickly for the Enexis mentor program!

What does the mentor program entail?

You will receive support from a mentor at Enexis for four months. Together with your mentor you will learn what steps you can take to find a job in the Netherlands. By the end of the program, you and your mentor will have worked on:

  •  Creating a strong resume
  •  Building a LinkedIn profile
  •  Create a short self-introduction (pitch)
  •  Write a convincing application letter
  •  Practice job interviews
  •  Expanding your professional network
  •  Insight into the Dutch labor market

If you actively participated, you will receive a certificate at the end of the program.

During the mentor program, your mentor shares his knowledge, skills and network with you. But your mentor can also learn a lot from you! You will also meet other participants and learn more about working and Enexis.

The mentoring program is not a full-time course; It also does not guarantee that you will find a job at Enexis. You will meet with your mentor approximately once a week for four months. During these conversations you will work on your professional development, which will increase both your self-confidence and your skills to find suitable work in the Netherlands. You will also participate in events and online meetings with other mentors and mentees.
