Following previous successful programs, Refugee Talent Hub and TwynstraGudde are launching a new four-month mentoring program starting March 13, 2026. During this mentoring program, you will be paired with a TwynstraGudde advisor/consultant, who will mentor you for four months. During this time, you and your mentor will work together to improve your job prospects.

About TwynstraGudde
TwynstraGudde primarily advises government agencies on many of the major and urgent issues of our time, such as safety, diversity, mobility, digitalization, sustainability, energy, finance, and health. TwynstraGudde aims to have a direct impact on (future) social and economic developments. Diversity and inclusion are key themes within TwynstraGudde, across many areas. TwynstraGudde strives to ensure that everyone can be themselves, feels at home, and has equal opportunities within the company.

About the mentoring program
 During this mentoring program, you will be paired with a professional from TwynstraGudde, who will mentor you for four months. During this time, you and your mentor will work together to improve your job prospects. Your mentor will share their knowledge, skills, and professional network with you. They can also offer personalized advice and answer any questions you may have about working in the Netherlands and anything related to it. They are eager to share their experience and knowledge with you. At the same time, they can learn a great deal from you. Equality and reciprocity are key values ​​in this process. Besides providing guidance on finding work, the personal meetings provide valuable insights into each other's cultures, perspectives, and values.

 There will also be three physical meetings and two online check-ins where you can learn more about each other, work in general, and TwynstraGudde in particular.

 Important dates (mandatory attendance) :

  • (Live) kick-off: Friday, March 13, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Amsterdam)
  • First (online) mentee check-in: Friday, April 24, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • (Live) Interim event: Friday, May 15, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (at the TwynstraGudde headquarters in Amersfoort)
  • Second (online) mentee check-in: Friday, June 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • (Live) closing event: Friday, June 19, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (at the TwynstraGudde headquarters in Amersfoort)

 **Travel expenses will be reimbursed for the plenary activities (kick-off, physical event and closing event).

 What do we expect from you?

  •  You have a status or a W document.
  •  You have a command of Dutch at least at B1 level - You can demonstrate this.
  •  You're motivated to participate. You make time to attend the mandatory activities. You also schedule a meeting with your mentor once a week (or at least twice a month).
  •  You have an open, proactive attitude, are eager to learn and want to share information with your mentor.
  •  You have a computer (with camera) and internet access, which is sometimes necessary for video calls.
