What can you expect?
This program is tailored for 10 selected candidates and will be conducted entirely in English.
Important dates:
- Online introduction session (5 August, 14:00-15:00):
Learn how the assessment works, what to expect, and how to prepare effectively. - Online assessment period (6–14 August):
Take the assessment online at your own pace within this timeframe. - Online One-on-one feedback session (15–29 August):
Discuss your assessment findings (strength and area to be developed) individually with certified assessors at OMRON.
Most conversations will take place between 22–29 August.
Live Interview training (1 September, 13:00-17:00) at Omron, Hoofddorp:
Participate in a focused training session to prepare for real-life job interviews. You will take part in two small-group interview rounds, based on your CV and assessment findings, with live feedback from OMRON professionals.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for candidates who are:
- In possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proficient in English at B2 level or higher
- Available during the full program period
- Motivated to practice and improve, especially through assessments and interview simulations
- Willing to step outside their comfort zone and invest in their own development
- Serious about participation: the program involves a significant investment of time and resources, your commitment is important!
