Arcadis New Dutch Connections

Arcadis Talent Academy - work experience for technicians

Are you a motivated candidate with a strong background/interest in technology?

The Arcadis Talent Academy is a six-month program for professionals with a refugee background who have a refugee status in the Netherlands. The program gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable work experience in the Arcadis work environment. You will work on real projects together with colleagues and learn mainly by doing.

In addition, you will follow training courses in the Dutch language and soft skills, so that you can successfully integrate into the Dutch work culture. During the program, you will receive guidance from an internal buddy, a team leader or manager, and an external buddy from New Dutch Connections. If there is still a good match afterwards, you will be given the opportunity to get a contract with Arcadis.
