About the work-study program
As part of this work-study program, you will be introduced to the work of the claims handling department. Within this department, it is ensured that any reported damage is handled promptly and efficiently. The role involves working closely with internal colleagues from Operations, as well as external parties such as insurance companies and contractors. In the training program, you will be introduced to the following activities: accepting damage reports, assessing claims, drawing up liability statements and invoices. Every claim handling requires thorough research and good communication.

What do we ask of you?
- You have status and receive benefits from the municipality ;
- Living in the area of Den Bosch and willing to travel;
- Good command of the Dutch language, from B1, preferably B2;
- You are available at least 24 to 32 hours per week;
- Experience in administrative and legal claims handling or the insurance industry is an advantage;
- You are strong in communicating: writing, speaking, listening with many different people (e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues);
About the Speeddate
Have you been selected for the Speeddate? Then you will get to know Enexis on August 21. During the Speeddate you will receive more information about the position of junior claims handler within Enexis. If there is a match on both sides after the introduction, a second interview will follow. To prepare you for the Speeddate, Refugee Talent Hub organizes a mandatory online prep session on August 19.
