PepsiCo is looking for participants for the job program the great start who want to work within the Operations Team at the production location Duyvis in Zaandam. What do we offer you?

• A great place to work as a cart driver. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the factory is running at full speed and that you produce top-quality nuts and other snacks for the consumers. You are part of a 3-shift system and jointly responsible for operating, checking, setting, converting and cleaning the machines in the factory. In short, you are indispensable for a smooth and qualitative production process.
•  A buddy who personally guides you through your PepsiCo adventure.
•  Dutch language lessons, offered free of charge by PepsiCo on location.
•  You will receive a good monthly salary with an additional allowance of 19.5% for your work in 3 shifts.
•  You start the first 2 years with a temporary contract (full-time or part-time) with the prospect of a permanent contract and therefore a permanent workplace within the PepsiCo family.
•  Training and development opportunities to challenge yourself and continue to grow.
•  34 days of vacation per year (full-time) to relax.

What do we ask of you?

• You live in or near Zaandam, so you can get to the factory by bike or car, including for night shifts when there is no public transport.
• You hold a valid refugee status or have temporary protection in the Netherlands as a Ukrainian.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system, including night shifts.
• You speak Dutch at a minimum of A2 level. If your Dutch is not yet at that level, your English is fluent enough to communicate and meet internal safety requirements.
• You are eager to work within the PepsiCo family and have the motivation to keep learning.
