Good news, Refugee Talent Hub and SAP are organizing a coaching program together! Important to understand: This activity is not concentrated on recruitment. The candidates who are selected to participate in this program will not be offered a chance for employment, they will receive personalized coaching from a certified coach from SAP.

So, do you want to develop your skills, competencies, and work on your personal growth? Are you still trying to discover which steps to take building your career in the Netherlands? Partnering with an experienced certified coach from SAP fosters self-reflection and maximizes self-awareness to help you discover your own answers and unleash your full potential. Coaches do not offer advice but instead will ask powerful questions to provoke reflection and guide you to your own conclusions and to get unstuck.

Who are the coaches?

Externally trained (min. 100 training hours) and coaching certified SAP employees who follow the International Coaching Federation guidelines and ethics.

What is your investment?

Taking ownership for your coaching sessions. You should be willing to invest time for the coaching engagement: time to embrace and put effort into the coaching itself. Consider the extra time needed for session preparation, reflection and working on yourself.

What we ask from you?

• You are available to join the live Kick-off on September 4th at 10:00 at the SAP Netherlands office in ‘s Hertogenbosch

• You are available to join the bi-weekly virtual sessions (6 sessions in total, 1,5 hours each) with your coach during 3 months (from September to November 2023)

• You are available to join the mandatory online closing event on Tuesday, November 28th, 11:00-12:00

• You are fluent in English

During the Kick-off session you will be matched to a certified coach from SAP. You two will be asked to schedule your bi-weekly coaching sessions on a day/time of the week that suits you both. Your 6th (and the last) session should take place in November, as that is when the program ends.
