Netflix’s greatest impact is creating empathy and understanding through the stories we tell. BUSINESS & LEGAL AFFAIRS

The legal team at Netflix is focused on collaborating with our business partners to find effective, efficient solutions. From transactions to public policy to litigation to advice and counsel, our lawyers are trusted advisors who help foster innovation. The Public Policy team at Netflix is based around the globe and proactively manages the company's relationship with government officials and advising the company on regulatory matters. Additionally, the team engages with governments on a variety of issues and initiatives that materially impact our business or our Members in hopes of setting Netflix up for success and growth around the world.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Netflix currently has about 120 Assistants across Europe, Middle-East and Africa, in many different roles, from Executive and Administrative assistants who support our VPs and Directors to Team Assistants providing support for entire teams and Department Assistants who will cover desks where there are gaps in support. Our purpose is to consistently provide leaders with quality support, enabling them to do their best work. This is a demanding role in a fast-moving work environment, requiring great communication skills.

CREWS

The Corporate Real Estate, Employee health , Workplace and Security team (CREWS) is responsible for providing safe, secure, inclusive, flexible and effective Netflix workplaces (Studios and Offices). We are the partners to Netflix employees, stakeholders and talent for all their Real Estate, Workplace (Architecture, Interior Architecture or Space Planning), Safety and Security needs.
