About Agile and Scrum

The Agile way of working is an increasingly adopted approach within project management as well as the development of products and services in this fast-changing world. The main focus is on delivering value frequently to the customer and continuous improvement. Scrum is the most common framework that is increasingly used by many organizations that are slowly adopting the agile mindset. Scrum uses a series of shorter product development cycles to increase customer value, improve quality and increase self-managing. This way of working promotes continuous integration, rapid development, and continuous delivery. Cross-functional teams work together in Sprints on chunks of work that are ready for release at the end of the sprint. They are guided by the Scrum Master, that helps them improve and work according to the Scrum Framework and adopt the Agile mindset.
